With extensive experience in reading court, secretary and Italic hands from 1250 onwards, we provide semi-diplomatic transcriptions with short commentaries of a wide range of documents in English, Latin and Norman French for historians, genealogists, students and researchers.
Palaeographic services include transcriptions of wills, parish registers, vestry minute books, title deeds, probate inventories, manor court rolls, taxation records, personal papers, terriers and estate records.
We are able to provide transcriptions of an entire series of records, or of a single document such as an individual will or letter.
