A project to translate the surviving medieval records of a manor of Westminster.

Richard Edward, villein of the lord, and Laurence Bailly, hold jointly the land called Stonylond containing eight acres of land, lying between the Southmed on the east and the land formerly of Richard West on the west, abutting the Brome on the south end, and they pay in respect thereof 16d a year, namely each of them 8d, and each of them 2d a year for tallage.

An extent of 1379/80 has already been published, to be followed by the later fourteenth century court rolls and collectors' accounts, and an early thirteenth century custumal and extent. The translations will be made available in the Online Resources section on the History page of the Teddington Society website.
